Hi, and thanks for visiting my blog! A little about me...

My work identity is as a high-producing Realtor with Prudential California Realty in Turlock, California. I really, really, really love what I do! I feel that's the formula for success in a chosen profession--love it. If you love it, then you'll be successful in it. That's me: I love it, therefore I do it very well.

As you keep tabs with my blog, you'll start picking up on certain things about me as a person and Realtor. Some of these things include: I follow the market very closely and am always looking out for fresh insights that will help my clients. I believe that knowledge is power. I despise all the unethical, illegal, shady, deceitful, and/or incompetence that exists in the real estate industry and think that knowledge to the consumer is the best antedote for it. I have NOT been in real estate for 20 years or more, and don't think that it matters either. I think professionalism, competence, marketing and negotiating savvy are king, not experience. I would rather be fresh and energetic than stodgy and stale.

Outside of work, I am my wife's husband and my two little girls' daddy. My family is everything to me, and the things my 3 year old and 1 year old girls do and say help me appreciate the little things in life. My wife is my backbone and provides the support I need to succeed.
